Yes. The Zen Grip is designed to fit all standard racquet sport handles. Simply wrap from the base of the handle upward, overlapping slightly, and secure with the included finishing tape.

With regular play (3-4 sessions per week), a single Zen Grip typically lasts 1-2 weeks. We recommend replacing when the tack noticeably diminishes or the surface shows visible wear. The 4-pack provides about a month of fresh grips.

I cannot get enough of these Zen Grips! I have sweaty hands when I play tennis, especially in the high temperatures but when I switched to Zenith Performance, I felt like I finally found something that I loved that had great tackiness to it and the sweat absorption was outstanding and without a doubt they keeps their quality. I would 10/10 recommend to anybody who plays a racket sport who is looking for a great over grip that is going to make you feel more confident once you hit that next court sesh!

Great grips! Very soft, comfortable, and the right amount of tacky. Felt higher quality than others I’ve tried, enjoyed the feel a lot.

I didn’t realize the difference a tacky grip could make. I have better touch and can hold my paddle with a looser grip. I do have sweaty hands and find that I don’t have to wipe my hands off on my shirt. Great grips and awesome colors!
